We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and if the condition of the product isn't holding up its end of the bargain, we'll fix it in a hassle free manner.

HAVE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

As far as warranty claims go, we will do everything we can to ensure your warranty is processed smoothly. Ultimately, every purchase needs to end on a note that satisfies you and we will take every step to ensure that.

  1. All goods sold on InnerCityStyle.com.au come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement for or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  2. Any product warranty given will apply in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where applicable, you may make a claim in relation to goods that are faulty in accordance with the Warranty. This warranty only applies where specifically advertised in the product's listing.

  3. Goods that you purchase from our site may contain warranty documents on or inside the packaging provided by the manufacturer of the product. Any such warranty documents are not given by us and rights you may have in relation to those warranties are separate to any warranty rights given to you by InnerCityStyle.com.au Some warranty documents provided by manufacturers of imported goods may not apply in Australia. You should contact the manufacturer identified on the warranty document to determine whether or not the warranty applies to the goods in Australia and, if so, how you should go about making a claim under such a warranty.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

  • Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by one of the following Proof of Purchase documents:

  • Original purchase receipt (this is sent to your nominated email address for online purchases)

  • Original return/exchange receipt

All products generally offer a 12-month warranty, unless stated otherwise. Some products will be provided with an extended warranty for your peace of mind. Electronics products come with a 3-month warranty. Please refer to the product listing for the warranty period.

You are required to notify InnerCity Style within 10 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval. To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit. Refund generally takes up to 2 business days to process and we will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 business days on top for your financial institution to process it. A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.

No Change of Mind Refunds/Exchanges given unless you received an incorrect item that was not the item on the original order form. If you were sent an incorrect item, that was not on the original Order form. please contact us.
